Jean Fichery studied Immigration Law at the University of Montréal, Canada.
He specializes in complex immigration matters, including refusals, refugee claims, inadmissibility issues, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment, refugee appeals and immigration appeals. He frequently represents clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) with a focus on asylum/refugee claimants, international students, families, and temporary foreign workers.
